Mexico City, December 11, 2018. CMR, Mexico’s leading group in the restaurant industry, announces a new concept, called Sala Gastronómica, at the National Museum of Anthropology.
Sala Gastronómica is a new restaurant where you can experience a mystical culinary journey through the different regions of Mexico, exploring ceremonies, ingredients and gastronomic secrets. It is a place that aims to highlight the elements, colors and flavors along with the evolution of ingredients, preserving the tradition.
It has a la carte service, buffet from Tuesday to Friday, and events; In addition, you can visit the restaurant without having to pay access to the museum.
The new Sala Gastronómica is located at Av. Gandhi S / N, Colonia Polanco, 11560, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX. It will have a capacity to receive 246 guests in 641 square meters, and will provide direct employment to 50 people.
