In 1998, we acquired the franchise to handle the Chili’s brand throughout Mexico (except in the Mexico City metropolitan area and neighboring states) from Brinker and negotiated opening 25 restaurants.
In 2007, we consolidated our relationship with Brinker through a joint venture in which the company reiterated its confidence in the opening of 50 outlets.
In 2011, CMR joined forces with Darden Concepts Inc., paving the way to market and operate three of its key brands in Mexico: Olive Garden, Red Lobster and The Capital Grille. At the end of 2015 LongHorn Steakhouse joins the Alliance.
Such alliances contribute solidly to CMR’s plans for growth and enable the adoption of world-class procedures that translate into new benefits for our guests.
In December 2017, a contract was signed with Nestlé México to establish and operate coffee shops under the NESCAFÉ® brand. A new concept in Mexico with a memorable expansion plan.
